Cauê joined 99 in its early years, when Brazil still had no unicorns, and watched the commercial operation grow from the inside. He worked in Business Development and Key Accounts, opening up market during a phase of fast scale.
In 2018, he cofounded Flash. He was part of building it from the start. Today the company has more than 60,000 client companies and has raised over $150M.
After that, he moved into angel investing, advising and working as a venture partner, supporting founders on strategy, sales, growth and company building.
